Decent necklace, slight delay
I purchased a gold necklace with a ruby pendant. The product arrived well-packaged and the quality of the necklace and stone was good for the price I paid. Delivery took a little longer than expected, about 8 days to get to Manchester, even though it said 3-5 days. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delay, but it still meant I almost missed the birthday it was for. Overall, it was a good piece of jewelry, but they could improve on shipping times.
